Kai's verdict	S-tier for solo + free. The best free option, hands down.	S-tier if you live in the terminal. Different shape than Cursor — complementary, not replacement.	If you're doing neuro-AI research, this is the plumbing you've been manually building for years — finally done right by the team that actually runs these experiments at scale.
