Kai's verdictS-tier in its category. The first AI music tool I'd actually listen to.B-tier. Solid for autocomplete but the category moved past it. Pick Cursor unless you can't.B-tier standalone, A-tier value if you already pay ChatGPT. Don't pay for it separately.S-tier for open-source model APIs. The default in this space.
